Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo are the go-to for luxury villas in Sardinia. But if you want something quieter, look at San Teodoro or the coastline near Capo Coda Cavallo. Totally different vibe, still beautiful beaches.
Yes. Every villa rental in Sardinia comes with our concierge team. They'll handle boats, restaurant bookings, private chefs, airport transfers from Olbia or Cagliari, and whatever else you need on the ground.
Most of our villas in Sardinia have a private pool, and many sit seaside or walking distance from a beach. Some properties near Costa Smeralda offer direct access to a private beach or a cala below the cliff.
June through September is peak. July and August book out fast, especially Porto Cervo and Costa Smeralda. If you want the best villa selection, book three to six months ahead. Shoulder season (June, September) is underrated.
Fly into Olbia airport for Costa Smeralda and the northeast coast, or Cagliari for the south. Alghero covers the northwest. We can arrange airport transfers directly to your villa so you don't have to think about it.
