Villa Loa is a newly built residence featuring refined, contemporary design, defined by open, light-filled, and airy spaces, and enjoying a privileged location overlooking the Caicos Banks on the renowned Long Bay Beach.

The villa is arranged over two levels and spans approximately 6,600 square feet, offering a welcoming yet highly functional environment, ideally suited for family stays.

Guests are welcomed through a striking oversized pivoting entry door that opens into a dramatic double-height atrium flooded with natural light. The interiors seamlessly blend comfort, style, and practicality, creating a calm and sophisticated atmosphere throughout.

The pool area has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate a variety of needs and includes a hot tub, an infinity lap pool, and a shallow pool, particularly suitable for families with younger guests. The expansive outdoor areas are beautifully furnished and provide multiple spaces for relaxation and al fresco dining.

A discreetly prepared kiteboarding launch area is located within the beachfront grounds, while a tennis and pickleball court is set amid the lush tropical gardens, offering additional recreational options.

Booking Information

The property is managed by TKCA Vacation Rentals via Truvi. To protect our properties, guests are required to complete identity verification through Know Your Guest prior to the start of the booking. A non-refundable damage waiver of USD 350 is also required, covering accidental damage up to USD 5,000.

Utilities

Electricity costs in the Turks & Caicos Islands are notably high. Guests are kindly asked to be mindful of energy consumption, particularly when using air conditioning, and to ensure that doors and windows remain closed while AC is running. The property owner covers electricity usage up to USD 90.00 per day; any excess consumption will be charged at check-out at a rate of USD 0.60 per KWH.
