Agreement to Terms

By using ncgvilla.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site. We're NCG CONSULTING LTD, and these terms are between you and us.

What We Do

NCGVilla lists luxury villas for rent and sale. We don't own these properties. We connect you with villa owners and help coordinate your stay or purchase.

When you inquire about a villa, we become your concierge. We facilitate communication, arrange services, and help solve problems. But the rental or purchase contract is between you and the property owner.

We don't process payments for villas. Owners handle their own payment terms, methods, and policies. We help coordinate, but money matters stay between you and them.

Using Our Site

You can browse villas freely without providing any information. When you want to inquire about a property, you'll need to share contact details so we can help you.

The information on our site comes from property owners. We work to keep it accurate, but villas change. Pool heaters break. Views get blocked by new construction. We update listings when owners tell us about changes.

Don't scrape our site with bots or automated tools. Real people looking for real villas are welcome. Data harvesting operations are not.

Don't submit fake inquiries. Every inquiry goes to real people who spend time preparing responses. Wasting their time wastes ours.

Intellectual Property

The photos, descriptions, and content on NCGVilla belong to us or the property owners. You can't use them for your own website, marketing, or business.

You can share links to our villas on social media. You can save photos for your personal travel planning. You can't republish our content as your own.

If you own a villa listed on our site and want to use the content elsewhere, contact us. We'll coordinate with whoever holds the rights.

Booking Process

When you inquire about a villa, we forward your information to the owner or property manager. They contact you directly with availability and pricing.

Any agreement you make is with the property owner, not with us. They set the terms, cancellation policies, and payment schedules. We help facilitate but aren't party to your contract.

We provide concierge services to enhance your experience. These services are separate from your villa rental or purchase agreement.

Our Liability

We introduce you to villa owners. We don't guarantee any specific villa will meet your expectations. Photos might use wide-angle lenses. "Ocean view" might mean squinting through trees.

We're not responsible for what happens at villas. If you slip on a wet pool deck or get food poisoning from a private chef, that's between you and the service providers involved.

We do our best to verify property owners are legitimate. But we're not responsible if an owner cancels your booking, changes terms, or fails to deliver what they promised.

Our maximum liability to you for any reason is the amount you've paid us directly for our services. Since we don't charge you for browsing or inquiring, that's usually zero.

Your Responsibilities

Give us accurate information. Wrong travel dates or group sizes lead to wrong quotes and availability checks.

Communicate respectfully with property owners and staff. These are luxury properties with professional managers. Treat them accordingly.

Follow local laws where villas are located. What's legal in your country might not be legal at your destination.

Pay the property owner according to your agreement with them. Disputes about payments, refunds, or damages are between you and them.

Disputes

If you have problems with a villa or owner, tell us. We'll try to help as your concierge, but we can't force owners to do anything.

Disputes with villa owners should be resolved according to your rental or purchase agreement with them. Check their terms for arbitration or court requirements.

Any disputes with us about these terms or our services will be resolved in English courts under English law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. Short version: we protect it carefully and don't sell it to anyone.

When you inquire about a villa, the owner receives your contact information. We can't control what they do with it, though we encourage responsible handling.

Changes to Terms

We might update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with the date. Keep using the site means you accept the changes.

Major changes that significantly affect your rights will be announced on our homepage for 30 days.

Minimum Age

You must be 18 or older to inquire about villas. Luxury villa rentals require adult decision-making and financial responsibility.

Parents can browse with children to plan family vacations, but adults must handle all inquiries and bookings.

Prohibited Uses

Don't use our site for illegal purposes. Don't use it to harass property owners. Don't use it to gather competitive intelligence for your own villa business.

Don't submit inquiries for properties you have no intention of booking. Don't use fake names or contact information.

Don't attempt to circumvent our systems, hack our servers, or interfere with other users' access to our site.

Indemnification

If your use of our site causes us legal problems or costs, you agree to cover our expenses. This includes lawyer fees if you do something that gets us sued.

This applies to your villa inquiries, your conduct with property owners, and any content you submit to us.

Warranty Disclaimer

We provide our site "as is" without any warranties. We don't promise it will always work, always be accurate, or meet your specific needs.

Villa descriptions come from owners. We don't verify every claim about thread counts, ocean distances, or "chef's kitchens" that just have nice appliances.

Limitation of Liability

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If our site goes down during your dream villa search, we're not paying for your therapy.

We're not responsible for lost profits, lost data, or lost vacation time resulting from using our site or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any legal proceedings happen in London courts.

We chose English law because we're based in London, not because we're trying to make things difficult for international users.

Severability

If courts find any part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. One bad clause doesn't void the entire agreement.

Entire Agreement

These terms are our complete agreement about using NCGVilla.com. They replace any previous understandings or agreements.

Emails from our concierge team don't override these terms unless explicitly stated in writing by company directors.
