About Villa Nina

Picture this: You wake up to birdsong in a proper Italian villa. Not some sterile rental, but a home with soul. Villa Nina sits in the quiet hills of Anacapri, ten minutes from Capri's buzz when you want it, worlds away when you don't.

The kitchen tells you everything. Hand-painted tiles, wooden cabinets worn smooth by decades of use, a massive table where eight people can argue about pasta. The living room flows straight into the garden. No barriers. Just space.

Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two open directly to the garden, perfect for early risers who need coffee before conversation. The upstairs rooms catch the sea breeze and frame the Mediterranean like a painting you'd never tire of.

Outside is where this place shines. A pool that actually gets used, not just photographed. A proper stone oven for pizza nights. Two gazebos: one for long dinners under the stars, another for afternoon naps. The garden produces actual lemons. You'll make limoncello and feel ridiculously proud of yourself.

The tiles throughout are hand-painted in blues and yellows. The arched doorways and terracotta floors are original. This is old Anacapri architecture, not a developer's interpretation of it.

Your concierge sorts out boats, chefs, whatever you need. The house handles eight people without anyone feeling cramped.

Rates run €3,000-3,500 per night depending on season.
