We're a luxury villa listing platform with a difference. We connect you directly with villa owners in Casa de Campo and the Amalfi Coast, then serve as your personal concierge throughout your experience. We don't own the villas. We don't process your payments. We introduce you to the right properties and make sure everything runs perfectly from your first inquiry through your last day.
How does the booking process work?
You browse villas on our site and submit an inquiry for properties that interest you. We forward your details to the villa owner who contacts you directly with availability and pricing. Once you agree on terms with the owner, they handle the booking and payment directly. Meanwhile, we shift into concierge mode, helping coordinate airport transfers, private chefs, yacht charters, and anything else you need. You get one point of contact (us) who handles all the moving parts.
Do you charge any fees?
No. Browsing is free. Inquiring is free. Our concierge service is free. Villa owners pay us commissions, not you. The price you see from the owner is the price you pay. We make our money from property owners who value the qualified inquiries and professional service we provide.
What concierge services do you actually provide?
Everything from the practical to the extraordinary. Airport transfers, grocery stocking, private chefs, yacht charters, restaurant reservations at impossible-to-book places, spa services in your villa, local excursions, and problems that pop up at midnight. One client needed a birthday cake at 10 PM. Another wanted a helicopter to avoid traffic. We handle both with the same dedication. Your requests go to real people who know the destination personally.
What locations do you cover?
We specialize in two spectacular regions: Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic and the Amalfi Coast in Italy. This focus means we know every villa, every restaurant worth visiting, and every person who can make things happen. We don't list properties everywhere because we can't provide excellent service everywhere. Better to be exceptional in select places than mediocre across the globe.
How are you different from Airbnb or VRBO?
Those platforms process millions of properties with automated systems. You book, you pay, you're on your own. We personally know every villa we list. When you inquire, a real person who has likely visited that property responds. When something goes wrong at 2 AM, you text us, not a call center. How do I know the villas are legitimate?
We visit properties before listing them. We meet owners. We verify ownership documents. We've been doing this long enough to spot problems before they become your problems. That said, your rental agreement is with the owner, and we always recommend travel insurance. We can't guarantee perfection, but we've filtered out the obvious issues before you ever see a listing.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Within 24 hours, the villa owner or manager contacts you directly with availability and detailed pricing. Simultaneously, we reach out to introduce ourselves as your concierge. We stay in the background while you negotiate with the owner, then jump into action once you've confirmed your booking. Think of us as your local friend who knows everyone and can get anything done.
Can you help with purchasing villas too?
Yes. We list villas for sale in the same locations where we handle rentals. The process works similarly: you inquire, we connect you with the owner, then we help coordinate viewings, inspections, and legal services. We know attorneys, contractors, and property managers who can help after purchase. Buying international real estate is complex. We make it manageable.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
Call us. Text us. Email us. We're available 24/7 and we know how to solve problems in our locations. Air conditioning breaks? We have repair contacts. Restaurant lost your reservation? We know the manager. Medical emergency? We know which hospitals to trust and can arrange immediate transportation. We can't prevent every problem, but we can solve most of them faster than you could on your own.
